1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

Hustle Education provides academic writing assistance and research support services, including but not limited to:

• PhD and Masters thesis writing and editing
• Research paper and journal article writing
• Synopsis and research proposal writing
• Data analysis and statistical support
• Plagiarism checking and removal
• Research implementation and coding support
• Scopus / WoS publication assistance

Our services are intended as academic research assistance and reference material to support scholars in their independent work.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information and materials necessary for service delivery
• Use the delivered work as reference material and not violate your institution's academic integrity policies
• Respond to communication and feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed upon before or during service delivery
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit materials prepared by us

4. Payment & Pricing

• Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and timeline of each project
• An advance payment may be required before work commences
• Full payment is due upon delivery of the final work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated before the project begins
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

5. Revisions Policy

We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction within the agreed scope of work. Revisions are free if requested within the revision window communicated at project initiation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must align with the original project brief.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeline and no alternative is acceptable
• Partial refunds may be considered if partial work was delivered
• No refunds are applicable once the final, agreed-upon deliverable has been accepted
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@hustleeducation.in

7. Confidentiality

All client documents, research materials, and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, publish, or disclose your work to any third party. Our team members sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your intellectual property.

8. Intellectual Property

All work delivered to you is for your exclusive use. Upon full payment, the delivered work is assigned to you. Hustle Education retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable excerpts for internal quality assurance purposes only. We make no claim to your research findings or original content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hustle Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or approvals from universities or examiners.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. In case of client-initiated termination, payment for work completed up to that point shall be due. In case of our termination due to client breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for the advance paid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
